Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
At World Cup Kits, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this policy explains how to return an item and what to expect from the refund process. For any queries, contact us at support@worldcupkits.co.
2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition with all tags still attached
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised or customised items (e.g. items with a name or number printed on them)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@worldcupkits.co with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please:
- Check your bank or payment account again
- Contact your card provider or payment service, as processing times can vary
If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@worldcupkits.co and we will look into it for you.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@worldcupkits.co within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos where possible.
In these cases we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A full refund
- A replacement item
- An exchange for another item
Return shipping will be covered by us for faulty or incorrect orders.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
